Idk what to do

So I don’t know what to do. I’m talking to this guy who I’ve been talking to on and off for almost 3 Years now but something happened. Him and I were on a break and I was hanging out with my ex who is also his best friend. I gave my ex a handjob and we made out for a while and then I went home. A month after that happened, the guy and I started talking again but he wanted to keep us a secret and I was getting fed up with it.
