still no period 🤔

ok i took a plan b last month had a period for 2 weeks after taking it , & then this month i started birthcontrol on the 24th & my period was due today & i still have no cramping or anything , i take “Norethindrone” which i read can stop periods .. i still breastfeed my 2 yr old ! do you guys this this is just a side effect of the plan b ? i know people say it can throw you period off for a month or two or three & then since i’m on birthcontrol i’m thinking i won’t get a period . is this normal ? i got a pregnancy blood test done & it was negative & i took 5 pregnancy test all were negative . & my dr said the blood pregnancy test is 100% accurate . plus i was beyond stressed to where i was having anxiety attacks !
