I have celiacs disease, and I seem to have what feels like a bladder infection constantly. I have been to the doctor repeatedly, and they always say it isn’t a bladder or kidney infection, but I DO have slightly elevated white bloods cells, which is normal for someone with an autoimmune issue. The only thing I can think of is yeast overgrowth. Last time I went to the doctor for a suspected bladder infection I got a yeast infection after the antibiotics. Now around the same time in every single cycle I get all the same symptoms. My periods are regular, but long cycles, so maybe the pain and sensations in my lower abdomen are from that?

Also I am 31 years old and had one child 4 years ago via emergency cesarean.
