It means your progesterone is rising! When I had a MC I didn’t have any.  This pregnancy it’s abundant but not all day.  It’s completely different then the CM you get if not pregnant and almost has a pale yellow tent to it when on toilet paper (like off white lol) and yes it is like watery lotion not the thick lotion

Well I’ve read lots of women say they have a lot of white lotion like cm in early pregnancy so it does depend I just wanted other answers to see what’s most likely it.
