How long does hcg stay in your system after a d&c?

So 4 weeks ago on Monday I had a D&C.; (Had it done Dec 11th)  I was right around 10 weeks pregnant.. took these two tests tonight.. and instantly popped up positive dark lines. Would you say this is accurate or just left over hormones?

I honestly think those lines are too dark to be left over hormones!! I think you’re pregnant again!

I don’t know the scientific answer to this.. but I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks and then less than a month later got pregnant. I’m 32w2d now!!

I miscarried at 12w4d, had a D&E;, and it took 7 weeks for my HCG to go back down.. it was so heartbreaking still having positive test. But the only way you'll know for sure is call your doctor and get a blood test. Good luck!

I was 20 weeks pregnant and had to deliver my baby vaginally. Tested 2 weeks later and my tests were negative!

It could be left over but only way to know for sure is to go have your blood drawn.. good luck

I had a d&c; at 5.5 weeks pregnant and it took 8 weeks for the pregnancy test to go negative. Considering you were 10 weeks I'd think this is still left over hormones

You had a d&c; on the 11th so 2 weeks ago? Its hard to tell if the hormones are left over i would go back to doctor
