Horrible cold during TWW

Have any of you tried Elderberry syrup?? I hear it’s natural and good for sickness whether TTC or pregnant. Anything else acceptable? It’s all a head cold but whew! It’s a little miserable. In my daze I took a single NyQuil capsule a few days ago and freaked out the next morning afraid that I could have ruined implantation! I’m 10 DPO today. Suggestions welcome!!!
