TTC in March

Hello everyone, so hubby and I have decided to start TTC in March 2018, we want to use January and February to work on eating healthy and detoxing our bodies from all the unhealthy eating and such to prepare for baby. Any suggestions, advice on good eating and health plans to go by when ttc? Obviously this isn’t our first ride on the rodeo but it’s been almost 9 years since we’ve been pregnant and I was 28 back then, will be 38 in January. Anything is helpful, thank u in advance and baby dust to all of you beautiful ladies!
