do you notice a change in CM

I personally never notice fertile CM or regular CM for that matter was just wondering if anyone else it like me or if you have some tips on how to notice? maybe I'm just not paying enough attention or don't really know what to look for. Thanks🙂

I think I saw it one time last cycle, but nope. Not usually! That's why I bought preseed this month! Also they say to check after you poop, because you've been pushing your pelvic floor muscles? haha idfk... It's all a weird science to me. They also say that evening primrose oil helps to increase fertile CM!

The only time I really notice a big difference is AFTER I ovulate (I do OPKs) when around 3-4dpo I always get really heavy creamy cm...but I don’t really notice any fertile CM ever...glad it’s not just me!!
