22 weeks and arms going numb while sleeping

I'm at FTM, 22 weeks pregnant and for the last couple weeks while I'm asleep my arms and hands go numb. like when I lay on my left side, my left arm goes numb, when I lay on my right side, my right arm goes numb. is this normal?? I'll be talking to my doctor about it Thursday at my next appointment.
