Im 38wks exact and has been having sex like 2x a week trying to jump start labor. I’ve had orgasm and everything, haven’t dilated since this my appointment this past week but 40% effaced...What am i doing wrong 😂?

Try 2x a day, and get the nipples involved! Use your breast pump if you have one after you have sex. Get a yoga ball from Walmart and bounce on it after sex!

He has to ejaculate inside you, it’s not anything to do with your orgasm it’s the effect his semen has on your cervix - that’s what the nurse who taught our prenatal classes said, anyway. Also try more often, maybe?
