What's the best brand to use for a Ovulation test!! and also would it tell me if I was pregnant or no. I just want to know when I'm ovulating so I know when I have a chance of getting pregnant

Any advice would help at this point because I've been trying for a while now and it seems like I can conceive for nothing. I just wanna know why I won't get pregnant. Should I follow up with a doctor? or should I just let my body conceive when its ready. But most importantly I wanna know what's the best ovulation test brand and do I need to buy and pregnancy test also.

I've thought I was pregnant so many times and have had the symptoms for so long but each test I take comes back negative or at least it look like it. should I buy another test and take it or just by the ovulation test?
