Shaving

Hey guys! Was wondering if anyone uses a scrub before shaving ur legs or armpits for a better result? And do u guys use a certain type or razor or shave cream?

My legs r never smooth, and it’s never a close shave, thereslike these dots everywhere and they’re kinda rough and dry but shiny looking? I also need a good moisturizer haha.
