Mini pill (Cerazette)

So I have been taking the mini pill for 2 nearly 3 months now and since I started taking them I’ve had like 1 proper period that probably lasted 3 days? And I haven’t had one since! Is this normal? I am also due to have the implant put in on the 22nd January in the afternoon I have more than enough of my mini pills to last me until end of January would I still need to take one in the morning that I get the implant fitted and would my period start again or could I be lucky and not have one at all? Also the implant won’t affect me breastfeeding will it? Obviously my doctor didn’t say anything about it and I didn’t ask but they wouldn’t let me have it if it did right?
