Is Orgasm/Masturbation During Pregnancy Safe?

I'm so up and down about it. I've read some people have done it and they're OK, then others do it and it wasn't a good experience for them. example, miscarriage. My biggest fear is miscarriage. I still have sex, I just don't orgasm or if I'm close I freak out and stop before I get that urge. This is my first baby and I want it to be OK. I'm.17 weeks and my urges are getting bad but I sustain myself from masturbating and orgasms. What are your guys thoughts.

Orgasms are good! For you, your uterus, and baby. Unless your doctor has told you not to, sex is healthy and positive during pregnancy. Miscarriages happen for a million reasons, none of which are your fault - don’t spend your pregnancy is a bubble, it will be draining.

it is perfectly safe just no too large items inside the vagina. nothing too rough or deep either. it's actually healthy. helps the muscles learn to contract for labor cause they contract a lot of the same muscles when you orgasm.

Unless there was some high risk issue your doctor said no to sex, absolutely safe. And orgasms are awesome preggo. It was hard for me first trimester because I cramped hard after every O but it disappeared but def scared me for a bit
