It always predicts a day earlier than the month before and it always makes me nervous.

It’s never been accurate for me and I’ve been using it for 6ish months. Sometimes it’s close though. It’s more of a guideline.

Glow has been spot on (no pun intended) every cycle except this cycle. AF past due 3 days and still a - test. 😔

It's predicting a day earlier because your cycle is likely shorter than a month is long, unless you have a 30-31 day cycle, you will not get it at the same time every month

Try Ovia, after inputting my periods for a couple months in it adjusted its predictions perfectly
