New Years anxiety
My boyfriend of 18 months and I broke up almost 2 weeks ago and we were supposed to spend New Years together.
A friend has invited me to a small party her husbands friends are throwing but I’m not sure I can go. I’m having massive anxiety about it. I feel like I should go but I’ve been sitting here crying for over an hour. I don’t know what to do.
