Sleeping under blankets affecting vaginal temps?

This cycle I decided to temp vaginally bc I tend to sleep with my mouth open, and figured my temps would be more accurate vaginally. But, of course from my chest down is covered with a blanket. Would the blanket make me get warmer temps vaginally? Would it affect the accuracy?
