I’m currently 6 weeks 4 days pregnant with our 3rd child ..... had terrible nausea and morning sickness (all day) for over a week

To add to this my eldest daughter caught a nasty bug on Wednesday that’s been going round (vommiting & diarrhoea) which then was passed on to our 18 month old son. I thought I’d managed to dodge it but it’s hit me today and I feel like crap !

I’m not managing to keep food down as it is with the morning sickness but now with this bug aswell I can’t even keep water down

Is there anything I can take for the stomach cramps that is safe while pregnant ? I’d go to my GP but it’s New Year’s <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> and it’s not open 🙄
