Still bleeding 6 weeks after c section?!

I'll be 6 weeks postpartum on Monday and I'm still bleeding! It stopped yesterday and this morning but it's come back again heavy like a period! Shouldn't it have stopped by now??

It's normal to have bleeding or spotting on and off for up to 12 weeks. If you start filling two pads an hour or passing clots bigger than a golf ball you should go to the hospital.

I bled 3wks straight then light flow off and on for 3-4weeks. I'm 9 wks p.o. and haven't had a period yet but some ppl have it before now

Everyone will be different. I bled very heavily for six weeks but have heard some women only bleed for 10 days.
