This is my very first pregnancy, and I'm 5w4d today. I don't really think anything's wrong at this point (no bleeding, minor intermittent cramps that seem normal), but my first OB appointment isn't till the 10th and I'm still in disbelief about this pregnancy, and terrified of losing it. My fear makes me want to test everyday, to make sure it's still there, but that's expensive, and it seems excessive. I guess I'm wondering if it's possible to miscarry without even knowing it? Or should I stop worrying about it unless I experience actual symptoms???
