Mastitis? Please help!!!!

Im breastfeeding my 1 week old every 1-2 hours and I pump if he goes more than 2 hours sleeping. Today I woke up feeling sick and my right boob is soooo sore never had this before, I already took ibuprofen. I checked my temp right now it’s 99.6. 
Do I have to go to doctor or is there something I can do at home? I’m afraid everything will be closed for New Years.

i got this a few times right at first i would have my baby nurse like crazy, warm showers lots of fluids no bra but nursing extra would help the most. i also found a vitamin i can't remember the name but it prevented the fatty milk from sticking

Go to an urgent care. They will prescribe antibiotics and you’ll feel much better pretty quickly. If you ignore it, it can become pretty bad pretty quickly. 
Is there a reason you’re pumping so early on? It’s usually recommended to wait to pump so you don’t create an oversupply which can cause mastitis.

Need to go to doctors x I had it n didn't get check star8 away n had to do the Course for a month x it can only get worse before better
