Okay so this is kind of long so if you read all the way through.. you the real MVP! My husbands family owns a huge amount of land (his grandmother owned it and split it between all the kids) my husband and I live in his moms slice of property close to her house and close to his grandma. Well the son, my husbands uncle, had a trailer park that is just campers.. crappy ran down campers so you can imagine the bunch that lives there. It just happens to be right behind our house since this was all the same property she split up. His grandma gave the road to my MIL but his uncle was very dirty and hired some property line people who put it on HIS deed that he owns it. Even tho the grandma is still alive she’s already so upset the way al the kids have treated her and the property(the only kid who goes to see her is my MIL and my mils kids) so we dontbring it up anymore. My MIL mentioned it before and it upset the grandma a lot. ANYWAYS his druggy people FLY down the road right in front of our house. We have dogs that run loose (we don’t have leash laws and these dogs were running loose long before the trailer park was there.) you cannot physically restrain theses dogs to a fence at this point in their life. I fear so much they will hit our dogs one day. One car flew in and almost hit one of the dogs so I went down to walk on the road and pick it up and carry it home or at least out of the road.... the car comes flying back out.. sees me and purposely slings over and try’s to hit me. I tried to record their tag but couldn’t. We’ve called the cops about it many many many times and they say they can’t do anything. Since we can’t “prove” they are dealing drugs, since it’s a private road they can’t say anything about them speeding, etc. every excuse. Last night we had one of their druggies come into my MIL drive way and keep doing doughnuts, hit one of our trailers(like a lawn mower trailer) try to break into our camper and then flew down to the camper trailer park. My MIL was being ridiculously stupid and wouldn’t let any of us call the cops because she didn’t want to cause any problems and upset our grandma or the uncle but I was so shaking furious she wouldn’t that I told her I was calling the cops next time this happens and I’m not asking anyone if it’s okay. My husband is 100% on my side about this. His dad is on our side. Just the MIL. It’s getting so bad we’re scared to leave our doors unlocked while we’re in them. I was home alone the other day and two of the drug addicts were walking up and down our road yelling and screaming at each other. They have mean dogs they let run loose like ours , but ours aren’t vicious. Their dogs have tried to attack me twice and attacked my dogs once. Thankfully they must of died because it’s been over a month since we’ve seen the dogs. This is just horrible. It would cost us $9,000 to build a new road around our property to go into our backdoor. Idk how to handle this situation. It’s been going on for 5 years. Cars come in for seconds and leave. It’s like a drive thru. There’s no way they have time to even get out. The MIL doesn’t want problems but it’s not going to be long until we have babies running around outside , obviously we will keep our ryes on them but what if.. what IF.. they manage to get in our driveway. It’s just scary. We’ve talked to the uncle against the MIL wishes and he just tells us to put our dogs up. But the dogs arentthe only issue, we WILL have children in danger.
