Alittle bit of an update

Here is alittle bit of an update with my weight loss. Around thanksgiving and Christmas I kind stopped working out everyday because things kind of got hectic. I didn’t eat too terrible around the holidays I tried to keep control of that. But starting tomorrow I will go back to working out 5 days a week and eating better. Here is just alittle more progression that I’ve made. The last picture is from today. I know the lighting is different, it’s been difficult trying to get the same lighting in every picture. This is just about a 12 pound difference. In the beginning I was ranging between 180-183. And today I weighed in at 171.0. Thank you everyone who has given me support and advice since I’ve started this :) I’ve got quite a ways to go but I’m getting there.
