Soo I’m 12 weeks today and low-risk. LMP was Oct 7th and haven’t had any spotting at all and only mild cramping. Urine pregnancy test came back positive, but haven’t had an ultrasound or blood test. Midwife used a Doppler to try to find the heartbeat at 11+2. She couldn’t find it, but wasn’t concerned saying that it often couldn’t be heard till 12w.

I have lower back and tailbone pain, which I’ve read can be completely normal or a sign of miscarriage. My midwife was surprised I was experiencing it so early, but didn’t seem too concerned.

So here I am still not having seen my baby or heard the heartbeat. Just trying to trust that everything is ok. And not go crazy with worry in the meantime. 😪

Update!

After 13 weeks of impatiently waiting I had an ultrasound this morning (for genetic screening) and I was able to see my baby!!! Heartbeat of 154 and 67mm rump to head. They are perfect and I feel so much better knowing that baby is doing ok 😍
