Wisdom teeth removal aftercare tips???

I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed REALLY SOON! 
And I would like to know if you guys could share any tips to make the healing process even better!!! 
I am also going to go by the care sheet thing that they will give me.

If they give you a syringe to fill with water and clean the holes (which I’m pretty sure they will) use it a ton!!!!

You're going to crave protein hard core, because your body needs it to heal. Ifyou eat meat and/or animal products, scrambled eggs and slices of lunch meat are the best way to get protein right away.
Also DO NOT miss painkillers the first day or two. They will probably give you two different prescriptions and you need to stagger them, because if you take both at once they will make you sick. But set alarms or have somebody wake you up for the first several doses. My mother let me sleep through two doses and I woke up in the middle of the night in so much pain.

I wasn’t in any pain at all after, my mouth just bled a lot. Have clean gauze handy. Also, putting tea bags in my mouth helped stop the bleeding. Make sure you clean your mouth with salt water. They’ll give you something (kinda looks like a syringe) to help. Take it easy and eat soft foods.
