why am i feeling dizzy all of a sudden ???

so i was fine this morning til i took a shower and started to feel dizzy .... i drank 1 beer last night so i don’t think that’s why... i ate tacobell today..

If it’s right after a shower, I have the same problem. I went to the doctors for it because I’ve actually fainted! The doctor said it was from a hot shower then getting out to super cold air, so it shocked my system every time! I’m not sure if it’s the same problem but it could be. It’s a horrible feeling. Also make sure you’re getting all the nutrients and vitamins needed! That could be a factor. 
But I definitely recommend turning down the heat a little in the shower before getting out from super hot water! It helps me at least :)

Sometimes, while taking a shower, if the water’s too hot it might make you feel dizzy and light headed. It may not feel like there’s something wrong until you get out of the shower. Of course it may be something else, I just thought I might give some hopefully insightful advice.
