Lately, I end up nursing my little girl twice on each side before she seems content to nap for a while. I feel like she gets lazy on me while nursing: her suckling varies in strength and duration. She has never steadily suckled through an entire feeding. She also falls a sleep and doesn't seem interested to continue nursing, so I put her down and minutes later she's screaming. I've already broken down and used some of the formula samples I've gotten because I'm worried she's not eating enough to feel satisfied from me, and I need to sleep. Little one is 11 days old and was given a bottle immediately after birth because I was knocked out for the c-section, I also have to wear a nipple shield to nurse her. SUGGESTIONS?! HELP!!
