question!! 6 weeks with second pregnancy.

I had an emergency c section with my 18 month old. I should be around 6 weeks right now with baby #2 and I'm having pelvic pain on both sides. is this just from having a c section or what? I thought it's too early for round ligament pain. I'm also REALLY bloated.. anyone else? I feel huge.
