Fetal Doppler?

Has anyone else gotten or used an at home fetal Doppler? One was gifted to us and I can't find the heart beat no matter what I do and it's really pissing me off!

I recently purchased one and use it maybe once a week.  I think they're all different and how well they work depends on the one you have.
I had an appointment on Friday and my doctor said she was going to start low.  When she couldn't find anything she started moving higher.  She found it not far below my belly button.

There's a ton of YouTube videos you can watch. I haven't had much trouble using mine.. but there are some suggestions like try when you haven't eaten, if that doesn't work try when you have... I usually find it better when I haven't eaten. Just in the last week or 2 baby has moved up a lot so wait a few days and try again. But don't panic, it can be tough depending on their position!

You meed to make sure you're using the gel, even an after sun Aloe gel would work, I noticed when I skip that it's 2 tomes harder to find the heartbeat.

I’m 14 weeks and baby is super low. Almost near my hairline low. Start there and you should be able to find it quickly 😀

We have a WombMusic Doppler and it’s awesome. One tip: I can’t never find our boy by myself - my fiancé always finds him. I think it helps to be from the outside perspective. Good luck, I hope it works!

Oh yeah make sure you use some kind of jelly ultrasound hell they sell it on amazon but you can basically use any kind of jelly I use aloe Vera jell they sell it at Walmart for 5 dollars make sure u don’t use it for longer periods it’s suggested only☝️ 10minutes per day

Yes I used one with my first and this one! Try starting at your belly button then go straight down to your panty line. It’s lower than you think and pretty much in the center (not too far right or left if it’s off).
