What can dilate my cervix?

So I went in for decreased movement and they hooked me up to a monitor and I was having contractions that I couldn’t feel so they checked me and I was 25% effaced and 1 1/2 cm dilated. They told me I’m in early labor and the baby should be here within the next week. 
I’m 36 weeks 6 days (37 tomorrow) 
What will help me dilate??

if they wanted your cervix to start dilating they would have started meds to make that happen. let your baby finish growing. stop trying to rush things.

I’m in the same boat! I’ve been in for other things (all ended up being nothing) and ended up monitored for hours multiple times because I was having contractions I couldn’t feel five minutes apart. They stopped on their own each time. I’m 4cm and 90% now, but was 2 and 60 three weeks ago. I’ve been drinking raspberry leaf tea. My boyfriend and I have sex all the time anyways but that does help too. Their cum helps soften the cervix. Definitely don’t try to force the baby out, they cook as long as they need to.
