Implantation or miscarriage?

I’m around 7 weeks and some days ... 
what’s going on is this a bad sign ? 
I have the ultra sound on Friday January 5?
Please help ....

If you already know you're pregnant, Implantation would have already occured. You should see your GP. Dont always assume the worst though. Bleeding can happen for a number of things that dont always necessarily affect your baby if picked up on early. Goodluck.

I bled in both my pregnancies. With my twins I bled the whole way through. There’s plenty of reasons why you could be bleeding hun :) but talk to your midwife just in case! Hope everything is fine x

Implantation happens before a missed period. But spotting is very common during early pregnancy
