rude neighbor

Okay so today I noticed when my baby crys in our bedroom the neighbor next door bangs on his wall I thought I was tripping at first but then again just now my baby is crying and he bangs on the wall again it's an older gent I can't help that my baby is crying she has a cold and you mommys know how sometimes nothing gets them to stop crying their just fussy I feel like I should leave a note or should I just leave it alone lol it pissed me off because first of all why is he being rude and second she's a baby she's innocent!
