PLEASE HELP!! Bleeding during sex!

I’ve gone back on a pill I was taking a couple of years ago and it doesn’t seem to be working like it used to. Instead of working normally, I’m still getting moderate period pains almost daily, and I’m getting breakthrough bleeding occasionally. Due to unbearable period pain I skip my period every month (as advised by my gp) so I shouldn’t be experiencing any pains or bleeding, I know I never used to on the pill. Recently I’ve started bleeding a considerable amount during sex, to the point where I thought I was starting my period. But by the morning I won’t be bleeding anymore and it will be either a light pink discharge or a brownish red discharge roughly around midday and then it’s gone until the next day. It’s also developed a slight odour to it as well which is abnormal for me. I’ve also found that I have a sensitive cervix and will experience pain during sex if it’s a bit deep. Idk if this is relevant at all but in the last week I’ve also had an itchy nipple for the last week, on and off. But like crazy itchy and only my right nipple. I’m seeing my gp in two days but I was hoping for some advice or insight as to what could be going on.
