24 and ttc for 3 years

I am 24 years old and have been ttc for almost 3 years now every month with no luck.

I have seen a fertility specialist and was told I have something called Multiple Follicular ovarian syndrome, meaning I have tons of follicles that just never let out any eggs, but there’s lots of them there....

Anyway going into the new year I want to have my baby I’m tired of just ttc I don’t even pee on stock anymore because I just know I’m not pregnant...(what a waste of money for those birth control pills all those years)

Any ladies have taken clomid and have any suggestions or advice or just really anything on how it worked for them.

I am just looking for anything to help already and if there is anything I can try first over the counter, I’ve done all the preseed and other fertile vitamins and even take vitex, so please ladies any suggestions because I am just dying here waiting for my BFP🙏😫
