so ladies i found out yesterday that I'm pregnant. I have had 3 previous miscarriages and my husband and I decided to get this one a secret till we are through our first trimester. which shouldn't be a problem keeping it from our families but I need advice on being able to hide it from my co workers I am a dental assistant In a small practice there are like 10 girls in my office and I just need a little advice on hiding any morning sickness or bloating especially since one of the other girls is having fertility issues and she always is asking me about my issues and if I have got my period ECT... so any suggestions would be very helpful!!
