What year of marriage was the hardest?!?

We always hear the first year of marriage is the hardest. WAs wondering what year you all struggled with the most?!

My first marriage lasted 6 years 2008-2014.  Year 5 was the hardest. I’m on Year 2 of my second marriage and it’s been much easier in general.

My hubby and I hardly saw each other our first year, so for us it was the second when we both finally worked normal hours haha. But if it weren't for hardly seeing each other that first year, it would probably have been the harder year.

My husband and I are on year 3 and it has certainly been easier than the first. I was really stresses, but I’m not sure if it was because of that or just trying to adjust to a brand new life. Either way, after about a year or so of marriage, I think it gets easier.
