Totally up to you and whatever you're comfortable with. I am personally waiting until 15 weeks, as the last US I had was 2.5 weeks ago (all was well) when I was just over 10 weeks. The next US isn't for another 2.5 weeks. If all looks well, I'll be much more comfortable announcing to more people than we have already personally told.

It’s totally up to you when you tell people. The rate of mc drops to something little like 2% once you see a heartbeat. With dd We waited til 13w but we saw a heartbeat at 6w7d. However We told our family at 4 ish weeks. 5w3d with this pregnancy and we’ve told my mum but not the in laws.
