did anyone have 2 different pregnancies?

when I was pregnant with my son I did not have any symptoms whatsoever till like 10 or 11 weeks. I'm 5 weeks pregnant with my second baby and I have like so many symptoms and such. I'm bloated as hell, My boobs hurt, my face is covered in pimples!, I'm nauseas!! like omg. certain smells I was cool with before I can't stand right now. And I'm so tiiired 😴😴😴😴 with my son I didn't even start being tired till like 6 or 7 months. both families think it's a girl because of all these symptoms lol. has anyone else felt major differences between pregnsncies this early on?
