Where do i put the tampon?...

So this is kinda awkward for me to ask cause i never really talk about things like that but i need help with this. So i‘ve tried to use a tampon several times now and i‘ve also watched youtube videos on how to do it properly and i think i might have tried to put it in the wrong whole. Can anyone please explain where i have to put it (and how) cause i honestly hate pads, i feel so dirty having them stick on my underwear. Thank you so much :)

Well, there are only 2 holes big enough down there for it to fit in. Your vagina (where the blood is coming out), and your anus (where poop comes out.) Obviously, you don't want it in your butt, lol. You can use a mirror to look down there you should see which is which, and see where you'll want to put it in your vagina. It might help the first time if it's a little bloody, or you have a little lube. If you're really dry (like if you just wiped) it can be hard to get in. Now when you go to put it in, you hold it between your thumb and middle finger. There's a little grip in the middle of the tampon for you to hold on to. The big end goes in, and the skinny side with the string points down. Put the tip of your index finger on the skinny end where the string is. Slide the tampon inside of you until you are stopped by the middle grip part where you're holding on. (By this point the tampon should be halfway inside you.) Then, while maintaining a firm grip, use your index finger to push the skinny part until it's all the way in the big tube. Now you can pull the applicator all the way out and throw it away. The tampon should be comfortably inside you with only the string hanging out.

What helps if you get a mirror down there and explore, you need to know what you look like so you can put the tampon in the right whole. You can pull up a picture of the female anatomony of the female vagina to get a better representation  of it. You also might also have to masturbate so you can some moisture  down there and you will just have to explore.

Step #1 find the vagina hole. If your on your period take a finger and touch the opening and it’ll come back bloody. 
Step #2 take the tampon out of the wrapper. Mine is a light blue applicator made of plastic. Some are cardboard or dark blue plastic and you have to pull out the plunger. Depends on the brand you use. 
Step #3 still the thicker part in yourself. It’s easier if you put one leg up on something while you stand so you can see it better. 
Step #4: push the thin part in so the cotton gets pushed out. Make sure the plastic doesn’t stay in you. 
If any of this fails you. You can take the cotton tampon out of the applicator and shove it in with your fingers.
