Do I Have Enough Evidence to Convict?

So a couple months ago I was raped and sexually assaulted by two different guys on two separate occasions. Thing is I only have the nickname of one and the first name of the other and I didn’t get a rape kit done, do I have enough information to do anything? I dont want to go to the police and not have enough information

Maybe. Since you didn’t get a rape kit done there’s no physical evidence so it’ll just be your word against theirs. But you can go, you’ll probably have to go to court & testify & then it’s up to the jury.

you took too long to report it ik at the time you were scared but I'm sure the DNA on you is gone now if you can't remember what they look like  or have any proof you won't get a conviction

My sister didn’t go to the police until a few days after and they found no physical evidence when they tested her for DNA but we all managed to get him sent away for at least 5 years before parole x
