Best Holistic Prenatal??

6 weeks pregnant and looking to switch my prenatal to something more holistic and natural! Won’t see my midwife for two more weeks but wanting to get some suggestions! Anyone have a whole-food based prenatal they love??

Vitamin Code Raw Prenatal. It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it in my opinion. It’s vegan with no fillers or artificial anything. It’s completely pant based And also contains ginger to help with nausea. I used it with my first pregnancy and while nursing. I’m also taking it again for my second pregnancy too!

Opinion. I also like garden of life. Rainbow lite is reputable but I don't personally take them because
I'm always looking
For something with folate over folic acid!
