Hello, 2018⭐️
So I know this might sound cliche but this year I wanna get fit again. this past year I have gained SO much weight and have been hiding because of it. I was really fit in high school I was never super thin or had a flat belly, even at my fittestt I had a small pouch, but these last 3 years i’ve just blown up (pics below). I stopped going out in public if I could help it just to avoid people I know because I am ashamed of how big I am, it really affects my everyday life. you would think it would motivate me but it really doesn’t because I am even ashamed for people to see me working out, like i’m too big for people to see me. BUT not anymore I wanna do this! I am in nursing school full time so I don’t have a lot of spare money but can anyone give me reasonably priced meal plan ideas? Thanks in advance!!
