Baseline testing bad news :(

Just had my first transvaginal ultrasound and it came back saying I only had 1 follicle in the left ovary and 2 in the right. I’m totally crushed. Oddly, my hormone numbers look pretty decent for a 41 yr-old. Haven’t taken any fertility meds yet. Anyone been in a similar situation and ended up pregnant? Or found effective ways to improve your follicle count?
