Any stretch mark so far??

Hi ladies!! Im 24 weeks , i apply coconut oil daily to avoid stretch marks!! Wanted to know if you have got any so far?? What is the best treatment to avoid as i am prone to stretch marks 😔

Its mostly genetic, so if you’re prone to them it’s going to happen no matter what. Everyone in my family gets major ones and I was no exception. There’s just a big market for things to prevent or lessen. The best you can do it keep the skin moisturized to lessen discomfort.

I've been using bio oil twice a day from the beginning. I drink a ton of water all day everyday. AND my mom never got stretch marks.... but I've started to get a couple tiny ones already even though I've never had one in my life (from puberty etc). They literally appeared overnight around 25 weeks. Like other people have said...not much you can do to prevent. I just hope mine stay tiny. UGH

I use this every night before I go to bed and it's been helping with itching as well as the appearance of stretch marks I got some on my tities but as for my stomach nope 🤗

Vaseline before bed. I know it’s thick and greasy, but if you’re prone to stretch marks, it’s the way to go...

My dr said there is no way to avoid it. Even coco butter has no proven facts that it prevents stretch marks. She said to drink LOTS of water because it does improve the skin elasticity but stretch marks are hereditary so if your mom had them, odds are you will too. I don’t have any and my mom didn’t have any so I’m praying this theory is right 😂 best of luck!
