Is neck pain always something to be worried about
I'm almost 6 weeks pregnant and have had very light cramping (mostly gas pains) but as of this evening I have very sharp neck pain. I read that sometimes this can be a sign of ectopic pregnancy but if I don't have bad cramping or bleeding is it possible my neck just hurts because of bad posture or sleeping on my couch too much?
I had a miscarriage back in May so I'm pretty paranoid about everything this time around...
