So I’m super into makeup, I’m 17 and it’s a passion of mine. I do my makeup almost everyday and it’s nothing extravagant but my mom is constantly making comments like “why so much makeup” and “isn’t that a little bit much” and when we got into a fight, she brought up how it’s pathetic that makeup is a priority of mine and that I go to work with a full face of makeup. (I am a lifeguard btw). Not sure how to deal with this.
