If you can post good ways to stay on top of my shit (eating healthy, working out, etc) in the comments of this post that’d be great! I’m not that great whenever it comes to disciplining myself on this. So things that help you or even easy recipes and workouts that make it easier to stick to or whatever! Anything and everything works:-)
