I've head a headache on and off with very low blood pressure since 5 weeksish. Last night (about 7pm) my head just started killing me and here it is 445 am and still barely any sleep and my head just won't stop hurting. Took acetaminophen but it makes me extremely nauseas, so now there's that too. I'm literally sitting in my dark bathroom, trying not to cry, and hoping I feel better in time for work so I don't get fired. Jesus pregnancy a little slack wouldn't go amiss.
