Hello

I started doing breast compressions while pumping to speed the process and get more milk. Now the only way milk will come out when pumping is if I’m doing the compressions... it used to come out on its own :( i used to get some stuff done while pumping but now i can’t cause i have to be compressing the whole time. Anyone have this problem? Any idea how to fix it?

Also- anyone experience Reynauds of the nipples (where they turn white)? Help!
