I lack sexual drive and mainly blood flow to my vagina and I can't go see a doctor at the moment. Is there any ways to increase blood flow down below? after getting on nexplanon implant (removed in ,8 months ago) I can't get aroused the right way anymore and sex had become difficult

It may sound strange, but kegel exercises might help. They sell kegel “balls” that you insert and it just helps work out the vaginal walls which can increase blood supply.

I was told taking 81mg a day of baby aspirin suppose to help with blood flow but I’m not sure exactly how true it is . I’ve been reading on it
